"Solving the Middle East", by the editor of the International Affairs section of USA Today. The whole article is well worth reading. "..the multicultural city of Jerusalem should be internationalized and policed so that Jews, Muslims, Christians, and secularists all can operate there effectively and practice their religions. ...UN headquarters should be moved to Jerusalem. New York is a setting that is reflective of post-World War Il power distributions and a set of global problems now a century behind us. As time and technology progress exponentially, UN representatives have to be forced to stop fiddling. The world, not just Rome, is burning at the well head. UN diplomats will have to sacrifice..."
